The Mortgage Process

How long will it take?

As a result of our initial discovery phase, we will be able to identify the most suitable mortgage for your family and you. Upon securing an Agreement in Principle from a lender, we will assist you in arranging viewings for your new home.

To speed up the offer process, we package your application effectively. As a result, all the necessary documentation should be collected in advance.

Depending on how busy the lender is and how complex the application is, it can take a while to get an offer. Meanwhile, we'll work with your solicitor to progress your purchase or remortgage along.
